Leave blank and your order stays open until a driver takes it. Set a date and it cancels itself — with no charge — if nobody has accepted by then.

How this works

  1. Your yard gets first option. They're loading the material anyway, so they choose whether to cart it themselves at your offer. If your yard isn't set up for cartage, it goes straight to the drivers.
  2. If they pass, drivers bid. Your job goes out to truck drivers, who bid their own cartage rate. You'll see where it's up to on your dashboard either way.
  3. You choose, then you pay. Pick the bid you want, review the updated estimate, and authorise payment. Your driver is only confirmed after that.
  4. The docket sets the final amount. After delivery you're charged on the actual tonnes on the confirmed loading proof — a weighbridge docket, loader scale, or yard docket.

Nothing is charged when you post. If nobody takes the job, you are not charged.
